The programme includes:

• 3, 5 or 7 nights’ accommodation with a view over the city centre

  Day 1
  - Body scrub
  - 75-minute massage
  Day 2
  - Cleansing
  - Skin Tonic facial treatment and eye treatment
  (Skin Tonic is a modern cleansing practice, including toning and strengthening skin stimulation and intensive lymph drainage, which helps to rejuvenate the skin on the face.)
  Day 3
  - Aveda Herbal body mask
  (Before this treatment a sensory test is carried out (in order to chose the most pleasant aromas). A face and body peeling is followed by a body mask of medicinal herbs. Toxins are then removed with the aid of a steam bath with natural aromatic oils, and finally the body is massaged with moisturising creams)
  - Foot reflexology
  Day 4
  - Aveda Manicure
  - Aveda Fusion stone massage (80 minutes)
  (The Aveda Fusion massage combines the effects brought about by the aromas of the herbal essential Aveda oil with the amazing experience of thermotherapy (a massage using heated and cold stones))
  Day 5
  - Aveda foot beauty treatment
  - 80 minute facial treatment
  Day 6
  - Rassoul
  (A traditional Moroccan treatment that provides complete relaxation. Toxins are removed from the body, which is then saturated with herb and mineral extracts. The treatment starts with a dip in a Moroccan bath. Then follows a body peeling using (beldi) black oil based on pure olive oil and after a wrap in warm Moroccan clay (rassoul). The body is then massaged with essential oils and then sprinkled with orange water. After the treatment patients can relax and enjoy a mint tea.)
  Day 7
  - Aveda Elemental massage 80 minutes
  (The body is massaged using Aveda cosmetic products based on medicinal herbs and essential oils. The treatment feels like it has be created precisely for your body. The skin, absorbing the warm oils, stimulated the metabolism and lymphatic exchange, which helps the whole body to relax)
  - Skin Tonic facial treatment
  - An appointment with a hairdresser or barber
